I feel fortunate to be doing what I love for a living. I have always been a people person, and I started becoming interested in homes and visiting open houses as a grad student in Boston. Combining these two passions has led me to help many folks find the house of their dreams, sell the home they have loved living in, and even help investors find that perfect addition to their portfolio.
I pride myself on communication and hard work. In 2010 that combination paid off as I was honored to receive Remax's prestigious Platinum Award. Out of the 3000+ agents in the Remax New England sales force I ended the year at #24 in total sales.
To get where I am today took a lot of hard work, and a lot of help along the way.... and of course, I have a long way to go!
I began my real estate career at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Marblehead in 2003. At Coldwell Banker I took advantage of their multitude of training courses and mentor programs. In my three years there I was an annual industry sales award winner, and brought that success and determination to the Remax Advantage team in December of 2006, and I have never looked back.
While the market (and many agents) struggled from 2006 - 2010 I decided to use my marketing creativity and energy to focus on my career during that time-frame. There were some sacrifices, and I worked hard (every day of 2008 except Christmas), but the the decision and effort paid off. During that time frame I saw my sales double, and then triple. I also worked hard to increase my market share in Marblehead and the surrounding areas. I have consistently been in the top five agents in Marblehead/Swampscott, and in the top three in sales for Remax Advantatge.
I have extensive experience in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate. From foreclosures to million dollar homes, I can be a guide in this ever-changing market. I am also a Managing Director of Bluefish Property Group LLC (BPG), a property development and management firm based in Marblehead, MA. BPG offers custom property solutions for existing income producing property owners as well as investors looking to invest in real estate in Essex County.
I hold a Masters Degree from Boston University in Mass Communication with a focus on Marketing, and an Undergraduate Degree from the University of New Hampshire in Communication. I live in Marblehead in a Circa 1720 Colonial with my beautiful wife and three incredible children (and two large but loveable dogs).
